Driver's Edge

Been taking several cars to the shop. For the most part they did a good job. However, For a second time they left the oil plug loose / leaking after an oil change. Also, after an electrical repair that lasted a day the car had an issue at the door. It seems they don’t have a quality control. Then they have weird way to calculate the “labor” and as a result they simply over charge you. For example: $129 “auto diagnostic “. You can get that for free at auto zone.Finally, their attitude is like they are doing you a favor. Top-notch service, quality work and fantastic pricing to boot. They have performed several services over last 5 years for my household vehicles, but I never gave them a chance on tires with Discount Tire being so close. Driver’s Edge came in several hundred dollars cheaper, even with the added alignment. I will not be taking my cars anywhere else and cannot recommend them enough. The GM is a great, down to earth guy that worked much harder than he needed to, to make sure I was getting what I needed and getting it done right!

They did a timing belt and oil change for me on my 2006 Honda Ridgeline. A little cheaper than the dealer but not by much. I’m happy with the service: polite and the truck seems to run good so far… I waited a few hundred miles before posting a review just to be sure. I have 200k+ miles on the truck and want to keep it going for a while due to new/used vehicle prices. They didn’t try to sell me $4000 of repairs like the stealership, but did discuss my concerns and told me what to keep my eye on and what that might run me when the time comes. They are walking distance to my house, so they will definitely get my next repair or maintenance job. I do recommend them.
