They returned me the vehicle after service in less than the estimated time on the busy day, and also fixed an issue in my brake rotor with very economical price which was estimated by another famous mechanic shop in the area to replace whole package at a costly price. Came in 1st time for brakes. Felt that they were very honest and worked with my budget and did not over sell. Came back for my routine oil change and inspection. They were close to closing time and still took care of my vehicle and provided service with a smile. I appreciate a one stop shop, honest business, and good customer service. My car needed new brakes and an oil change. This location was the most convenient at the time and prices reasonable. When my car needed another oil change we went to a closer competitor and we were told the drain plug was stripped due to the last oil change and it was recommended we return to brakes plus. It took an hour and fifteen minutes in the waiting room. I inquired why the long wait.(My husband had called ahead and they were notified why we returned) I was told they were waiting for a drain plug. I was surprised they didn’t let me know before hand. It’s what customer service is all about. Even those little things matter. There was no compensation for the inconvenience of stripping the drain plug and having such a long wait. I was told “this is the time it normally takes.” ***Plus the price of the oil change went from 59.97 to 80.37. Not a good experience.
