Service King Collision Leander (Now Crash Champions)

This establishment appears to be inadequately representing its capabilities, resulting in a considerable misuse of my time. Having patronized this facility during its Service King era, where proficient collision repairs were conducted, my recent experience under the "Crash Champions" banner has left me questioning the correlation between the name and the service quality observed today. Despite scheduling an appointment for a vehicle repair estimate, my entrance revealed a disheveled environment with scattered dirt and leaves, poorly maintained desks, and disorganization marked by stacks of papers. After check-in with the receptionist situated behind the cluttered front desk, I was informed that her manager was on break, and due to my vehicle being purportedly "taken apart", they were unable to give me an estimate. I brought my car here for hail repair. It turned out perfect, there is no trace of hail damage at all. It took just 2 weeks instead of 3. They also updated me of my car's status every step of the repair. Another thing is they are a preferred shop for my insurance thus making it a bit more hassle free for the claim and adjustments on the estimate. Staff was very much accommodating. Pristine job i would say. If you need a shop to get your car body repaired this is it. Thank you so much guys! Keep it up.

Overall experience was great. Quick and easy. From front desk to technicians, everyone was helpful and always available to answer any questions I had.
