I stopped by to see about getting spark plugs put on my car, and since I could've put them on myself and did, saving myself $230 for about 45 minutes worth of work, I'm grateful for the clown at the counter telling me what kind of plugs I needed. You know, sometimes you get ppl who are so full of themselves they are just flat out condescending and in the final result, they talk themselves out of a client. What he didn't know is, I've spent $1000's of dollars in that shop over the years on various automobiles, usually...no ALWAYS with great results. But I have a long memory and I won't be back to Austin Automotive, not to any of your locations because you were absolutely annoying. I know the difference between iridium and titanium spark plugs and for you to insist they'll ruin my engine is COMPLETELY DISINGENUOUS, and not only that, is a flat out lie. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, Jerome answered the phone and I told him what was going on and asked for an appt. I showed up about 30 minutes later and they got to working on my car right away. I told Jerome ow I was a little strapped for cash and he worked with me on the pricing. I could tell the team actually enjoyed working together and overall it was a pleasant experience given the circumstances. Service: Brakes

I had my car towed here after experience a flashing engine light and a shaking car. They called me within an hour and let me know that nothing was wrong with my car lol. I got my oil change and my car is working just fine, but I really appreciated how kind all of the guys were. I am always super skeptical about car places but these guys put my mind at ease. If I ever experience any *real* car issues, I will definitely be coming back here. I can't remember his name but he helped me out at the front desk and was extremely kind and helpful.
