Took my dodge in to get an alignment. Tommy was great and helped us put a lot. This was our first time at a PEPBOYS and we will be lifetime customers! Literally because we got the lifetime alignment lol!! He did forget to apply the coupon but he said he would make it up to us, which we are totally cool with. Accidents happen, we are all human. 10/10 would recommend.
Good experience at this Pepboys. Had a complimentary oil change and chose this Pepboys after the experience I had at the one on I-45 in Spring. The staff was friendly and started on my truck before my appointment time. It is a small store but we'll kept.
