G & S Tire and Auto Tire Pros

One of tires kept leaking air, which had my sensor warning light coming on every other day. I was putting air in the tire every 2 days. I called them to check my tires, I had an idea of which one it was. And sure enough, they checked that tire and there was a piece of metal stuck in the side of the tire. They even had a humorous side, asked me if I wanted them to add the piece of metal to the rest of metal they had collected from other tires. I recommend them to anyone with tire isues

Literarily drove up to this business with nothing but my rim left on a flat. They didn’t have a tire that could fit my vehicle and suggested I drive up the road on no tire!!!!!! No type of customer service, I asked if I could go buy a tire and have them replace it, but since it was 30min before closing they said no. Really?! My vehicle is stuck and you can’t even provide basic service!!!!! Such a shame! Worst thing is every other tire shop is closed.

Fantastic experience. After taking my van to another shop in town to get the AC repaired, I was concerned about the quoted price. I called up G&S and was shown incredible customer service right out of the gate. They explained their process for diagnosing the problem, typical issues, how they'd fix them, and the costs for those repairs. Long story short, taking my vehicle to them saved me at least $500. I'll be a customer here from now on.
