Been here a few times now and always get quick service without an appointment and very friendly staff. Definitely will be back for all my tire and alignment needs.
I took 2 cars here this week. The first 2014 ford Mustang, absolutely great no problems and was only 42 bucks amazing. 2 days later took the 2018 ford escape there and there was an issue. They didn't put any fastners back on the engine cover. Had to stop my day to help my wife and get the car back to a firestone. On a positive note they allowed us to take it to the nearest one, which wasn't the kingwood location and got it fixed there. A simple mistake but when only doing the oil change and you charge more than 80 dollars I expect the job to be done correct.
the service was good enough, but not great. expect alot of credit card offers and a whiney salesmen when you don't get their extra add-ons.
