We took our vehicle in for a few service items, they were done quickly and nothing than what we asked them to do was pushed or mentioned which was great! We've used The Shop for several vehicles now and have always been happy with the service! Service: Wheel alignment
Tim was a pleasure to work with. As soon as I walked into the shop he was friendly and honest. He made sure I knew what I was getting how much it was going to cost and everything he found out about my car. Will definitely be using the shop again. Service: Oil change
Called in the morning, and Tim wasn’t sure he would be able to get my vehicle in for that day, but would at least get it in the workflow. They were able to get it diagnosed and repaired within the same day after all. Tim seems to enjoy his work and helping people understand what the issue is with the vehicle. After several bad experiences with less than honest auto shops, The Shop seems to a great place to work with. Keeping The Shop in my phone book for any future needs.
