To start, the car is obviously way better than it was before. I was hit by a deer in the wee hours of the morning on my way to work and promptly contacted my insurance. We've used them for our truck that was vandalized before and they went above and beyond; however, this time there are things left to be desired. The paint looks great, everything works as it should, and I got the car back in a reasonable amount of time with a few understandable delays. The car was inspected on Nov. 16th, dropped off on Nov. 21st, and retrieved on Dec. 14th. To my knowledge, both door shells were replaced and possibly the rear quarter panel along with the passenger mirror, glass, and trim pieces. Everything looks good from a distance, but there's a noticable gap on the front passenger door where its slightly ajar by about a centimeter. There is also scoring that wasn't there before in the door well and the paint on one of the columns appears as if sandpaper has been ran over it. I can some what fix these
