Worked with Eagle collision repair shop to get my vehicle fixed, just as everyone else should. Communication was spot on, Ralph helped me get my car back out on the road ASAP, which i really appreciated. Their GM David, made sure I was taken cared of to complete satisfaction, thank you. Giovanna is awesome she reached out to me the following morning when they arrived to let me know they received my vehicle and were going to get it rolling. I took my car in to have my drivers side door window looked at due to some guy slamming my door and it wouldn't work after he did that. The young lady Reyna at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The serviceman (tech) Tommy called me the same day I dropped my car off and kept me informed of what needed to be repaired. I received information as to when my vehicle would be ready. And actually it was ready 2 days earlier. Tommy was very knowledgeable and caring . If I ever need to go again this is where I would go.
