Thank you for a great experience for my oil car's oil change today. Whether on the phone, texts, or in the office, I was treated with respect. Received great smiles, great price, speedy service. While waiting, listening to Christian music and complimentary water. Thanks to Ken, Ethan, and Derrick. Will come back again! Service: Oil change
Had a front end alignment issue. They were very informative and thorough. Provided a shuttle to take me home and pick me up. When job was done, explained very completely what was done and told me what was needed to be done in the future. And the price was very fair.. Overall I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again in the future..
I slept before writing this to be as factual as possible. I called in asking if they replace rear backup cameras and was told yes and to bring the vehicle in for an estimate. I set up an appointment for Monday 7:30am and arrived to drop off my vehicle. When arriving, I told the rep. that the backup camera turns on and off and needs to be replaced. I was told there was a non-refundable diagnosis fee of $139 ($151 w/tax). I asked of the fee would be rolled into the cost of repair and I was told No. Ok, fine. Their shuttle service dropped me off at work. By noon I had not heard anything so I called and was told they were still working on an estimate but it could be several days before finding a part due to chip shortages. A few minutes later I received an estimate of $1,122 to replace the rear backup camera, not including thr $151 I had to pay for the diagnosis. The part charge was $522 plus labor. You can find an OEM part from a dealership for $260 online so CBA is charging a 200% markup
