Always happy with my experience at Dwayne's Automotive! Mr. Dwayne and his crew are always wonderful; friendly, polite, and professional! He always takes the time to explain things in a way that I understand, and most importantly (to me at least) he's never tried to talk (or scare) me into doing something I didn't need to have done. (In fact, on more than one occasion, I've approached him with the results of my quick Google search ("hey, it's showing this code, I think I need [insert expensive repair work] done") and he's said "no, that code usually means this, let's take a look" and instead of charging me a small fortune for exactly what I asked for, but didn't actually need, he's saved me money by being honest, and in doing so has earned a loyal customer for life.) Top notch work, top notch customer service, could not recommend him more!!

I meant to write a review about this place the first time they worked on my truck, but I'm glad I waited until my second time going here to write it, because now I have even more good things to say. This shop is honest and straight to the point. They are quick in their work and the prices are amazing. They won't try and play you- I had to get my truck towed to their shop (which they handled!) because I thought the starter was busted. Turns out it was just some wiring, and they only fixed that and only charged for that. We all know most other shops would have unnecessarily changed the starter just to charge you more. Plus they only charged $45 for the tow! I will continue taking all my vehicles here in the future. I can't say enough good stuff about this place. Dwayne's is probably the most reputable auto shop I've ever used. Service is top notch and customer service is always on point!
