Jay was great! Our transmission went out as we arrived in Galveston Friday evening. Most shops did not answer Saturday morning and the one that did was rude and asked for $2500 just to drop it off to see what was needed. Jay answered the phone and was professional. He offered free towing and picked it up that morning. It did take several days to fix and we had to pay $900 in order for them to open up the transmission but that went toward the cost of the repair since we left it with him for the repair, which was definitely not cheap but worth it since they beefed up the transmission for better pulling power. By Friday afternoon it was done and we pulled our RV trailer back to San Antonio Sunday afternoon and it performed beautifully! If you have transmission issues or want to upgrade your transmission go to Jay. We are very pleased with his work and professionalism.
