Audi Grapevine Service Center

Last Monday I called for a service appointment and was told to bring my car in Tuesday and they could diagnose it by Wednesday. I called Wednesday afternoon after not hearing anything from the advisor. I left a msg with the receptionist for a call back. I called again Thursday morning after receiving an automated text regarding my car. I was told my extended warranty would not cover the work needed. I called the warranty company and they told me this is incorrect and Audi submitted the claim incorrectly. I called this service department back to with the advisor. I left 2 voicemails and a live msg with another advisor. I never got a call back. I called 3 times again Friday (left 3 msgs), twice on Saturday (left live msgs), and 3 times on Monday. I have not received a single phone call back. Today is Tuesday and they have had my car a week. I went to the dealership find out whats going on. I have owned Mercedes and BMW as well but by far the worst service experience ever compared to the other two. Staffs are not friendly or polite. Definitely not the experience you expect out of a premium auto brand.

Had audi on demand rental car while car was on service ( fixing things which weren’t fixed during first visit ) The rental car was very unhygienic . Interior had food remnants and pet hair . Had to vacuum myself before use . Management should reassess their quality of work performed and condition of cars that are being rented out .
