Christian Brothers Automotive Garland

Took my son's car to them with check engine light issue. They replaced modules totaling $217. When we left parking lot, issue returned. Now, they said VVT's needed replaced. Replaced them for $1700, after I talked them down from $2400. When we left parking lot, issue returned. Now, they quote me $6500 for timing chain replacement. Contacted their corporate office. They said these are franchises, work it out with them. Are you kidding me! Be aware! These CBA franchises are money factories. TAKE Y

Christian Brothers was fantastic! They were able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Awesome customer experience! We usually go to the Murphy location. I went to their Plano Location yesterday after learning their Murphy location was unable to fulfill state inspection requests. They had a long wait time, so went to their Garland location - as always the staff was super friendly, and took care of the inspection work pretty fast. It is great to do business with them so I took the trouble of driving to Garland from Plano. And they took care of the inspection cost for me! I wasn’t expecting that.
