I own a 2012 GMC truck. Every time I use the service department the wrong part comes in. My experience right now the same thing. Truck promised on Wednesday the 5th. Wrong part so will be ready on the 6th. Checked not ready yet. So checked on the 7th. Not ready because other jobs came in. Now it will be the 10th before it might be ready. I called to speak with general manager left voicemail. Of course no return. I only wish there was some competition to classic
I bought a 2014 Fiat 500L with 25,000 mi from them on an auto trader website. They assured me that the car was in perfect condition no problems at all. I paid $925 to have it shipped to me. I'm $2000 in on repairs trying to figure out why it shakes. I will never buy an auto from them again.
Sad to say I will not be going back to Classic Honda anymore. I was very shocked to pay $87 for an oil change. Plus, 3% charge fee for cards. Never again paying that much for an oil change. They service guy kept blaming it on the owners for raising prices. Saddest excuse ever. And all the friendly service guys isn’t there anymore…
