Blake at Galveston NTB provided friendly a customer service experience. Day before while making the appointment and day I was in store The techs were great - got me out in less than an hour. That has Never happened before. I don’t think Blake worked on my car - but he sure made the experience very pleasant
Just want to say that the customer service and management is 100% amazing. I went in for a quote on tires for my car and they didn't have the ones I wanted but they did tell me that they could order them and have them by the end of the day or early next business day. I let them know that I would be co I g back for sure to have them ordered. Everyone up front is exceptionally amazing g at their job and good with prices. I will be doing my vehicle maintenance there from now on.
Blake at Galveston NTB provided great customer service.I had a nail in my tire while checking all my tires found out I had a staple in another making everything is alright. The techs were great got me in and out in no problem.Blake may or may not have work on my car but made the experience great
