Worst oreillys I’ve ever been too, I needed help finding something and had my brother in law on the phone - I asked Kevin at the store for help and when I described what I needed he acted totally annoyed that he had to help me, then when we didn’t understand what I was saying I asked him if my brother in law could tell him and he looked at me and said “I can’t help you I have other customers” umm…hello? I was trying to be a customer, when up the street to the additional location and they had no problem helping me find what I needed. Kevin is an example of a lazy and rude employee. With another location a few minutes up the road, I would NEVER go back here.

Maybe it's me but it seems like every time I inter this store the people always have an attitude like I'm bothering them to tired to help me watch and follow me I don't go here anymore I go to the other 1 by Central School because the environment is very much laid back and enjoy helping their customers.

I rarely give bad reviews unless it’s absolutely warranted. I stopped in here to get wiper blades. The sign in the window says ‘free wiper installation’ and I think YAY since I’m no good with this kind of thing. The man, Greg, (that was the name on the receipt) was very polite and sold me the wipers and said he’d be out in a few minutes. We waited and waited and waited. I finally went back in the store and inquired. The other man who during the 50 minutes I was there and seemed to be doing NOTHING AT ALL nor was the woman who was also ‘working’ told me Greg would be out in a minute. The only one working, helping customers and answering the phone was Greg. I could understand if the place was packed or busy as heck but there was not one customer in the store and all three of them were just standing behind the counter chit chatting. NOT ONE!!! We left. We won’t be back to this one. I have nothing but praise for the other location on Broadway.
