I’m so thankful for the staff at Christian Brothers. They are consistently kind, friendly, and helpful. Today, there was a miscommunication about the appointment time, and I was told it would take all day. But as we talked, Mark worked it out so I could get in and out in under an hour. I was pleasantly surprised and blessed by their great customer service.
Shout out to Christian Brothers Automotive for coming to my aid with a jump box to start my car. The gentleman was so nice & had it started in less then 2 minutes. And I wasn’t charged for this outstanding service. Thank you for turning a stressful situation for me into a blessing.

What I didn't know was that I'd be waiting upwards of around forty-five minutes to an hour just to get told "we aren't going to do an inspection since an obvious part is missing on your vehicle." --They didn't say this outright? So why was I waiting that long just to be told that? They pulled in my car and it sat around for what was probably more than twenty minutes, and I just waited to be told that I was missing something obvious? Like, imagine you buy food on your thirty minute break before you have to get back to work, but after
