On 5/26 I took my mom's and on 5/27 my car for A/C. For both cars, I was told they were leaking and they needed to fix it. $785 dollars later, we still have the same issues on both cars. They air takes too long to come out a little cool, and after a while, the A/C stars to become room temperature. Will not be coming back again.

Caliber treated me with so much kindness and attentiveness while helping me fix my car. Not only are their prices incredibly reasonable, talking with the people here feels like talking with a human. Susann helped me figure out what I needed done and how to do it. They provide incredible support and make everything so easy and seamless. I will most DEFINITELY be returning for ALL needs when it comes to my car.

I cannot put into words the level of customer service I received from Suzanne at this location. I felt like my vehicle was the only one in the entire shop and that the entire team, front to back, was on my side and doing everything in their power to get me and my vehicle back on the road as quickly and safely as possible! The technician, Connors, received my parts at 3 PM and had my vehicle completed and ready for pick up THE SAME DAY.
