Service King Collision Euless (Now Crash Champions)

Absolutely horrible experience. It took them a month to repair a vehicle that should have taken no more than a week to 10 days. After delivering the estimate 3 times they can back and said they missed something, in 1 case a broken motor mount. All three times new parts needed to be ordered and more delays took place. To add insult to injury when I came to pick up the car I was told it was “baking” and I needed to wait another 90 minutes. Note the other poor reviews and do yourself a favor avoid this shop

We were referred here through our insurance. They have worked on the front bumper 3 times because they can't seem to do a clean job. There was obvious overspray in multiple areas and run offs, misaligned bumper, and loose parts. There was no prep on the bumper before paint, an extremely poor quality paint job. The manager on 6/2/23, a female responded as follows " Our work is a production line work. We don't care about quality. Take it up with the insurance. " All she offered was to spray a corner of the bumper, no prep work or resolving the runoff. I would never step foot in a Service King again. No respect or care for the customer. I would not recommend this place to anybody, not even my worst enemy. If you want quality work, this is definitely not the place.

I got rear ended in August 2022 and was in need of auto body repair. I went here because I had some work done about 10 years ago and they did a good job. This was not the case this time. When I took my car in I asked to get a quote to repair a couple of hail dings on my hood while it was there........never got a quote that I was promised. After picking up my vehicle I noticed the paint job was not good I could see drip marks in the paint, I also noticed there were several scratches around my back brake light that were not there before. When the back liftgate goes up it acts like it is going to get stuck. I called the manager Derek and he assured me they would take care of me and remedy all of this....THAT DID NOT HAPPEN EITHER. I called twice and never got a return call from Derek as he was ordering a part and was going to let me know when it arrived. I am very upset!! I looked at CRV's for years wanting one and was so proud when I purchased this car. And now i get to look at the scrat
