Service King Collision Euless (Now Crash Champions)

Service King had my vehicle for a total of 6 days and they kept me well informed via my preferred method of contact which was by text message. I've taken previous vehicles here and I wasn't expecting anything less than a satisfactory experience. I am very happy with how good my vehicle looks! Keep up the good work!

Absolutely horrible experience. It took them a month to repair a vehicle that should have taken no more than a week to 10 days. After delivering the estimate 3 times they can back and said they missed something, in 1 case a broken motor mount. All three times new parts needed to be ordered and more delays took place. To add insult to injury when I came to pick up the car I was told it was “baking” and I needed to wait another 90 minutes. Note the other poor reviews and do yourself a favor avoid this shop

If you have a wrecked car… I recommend driving it wrecked before taking it to Service King in Euless. I would RUN as far away from this place and their unprofessional business!!! I came to pick up my car to take it the heck off this lot as fast as I could get it away from these people and this is what I walk up to. While service king refused to put it back together or account for every part of my car. So a car that could have DRIVEN off the lot… had to be TOWED away! They also stood by and watched as I am pregnant loading these car-parts off the ground and into the vehicle! I will update this post once my NEW body shop tells me what they have lost or STOLEN!
