I'm now missing 3 of my valve caps for my tires after getting my oil changed on Wednesday. 1 that isn't mine is now jammed on a back tire not put there by me. Highly dissatisfied!
The process was fine but the cost will keep me from going back. I didn't give myself enough time for my mechanic to do the oil change, so my $15 oil change was $42 and upsold for a brake fluid flush, so my total was $119 and it would have been under $75 had I have planned better and gone to my regular mechanic.
I appreciate the service I received. However, sometimes its not about how quick but about getting done all that was agreed to be done. Thank you.
