Worst experience ever, do not trust this store! They are incompetent mechanics that can’t fix a problem, acknowledged they put on parts you don’t need, dangerously invert parts. Overcharge which includes a warranty you won’t be told of ahead without an option..then won’t honor. Ladies especially beware, other options across the street.my vehicle was made less safe due to this vindictive liar! If Arron tell you to trust him, RUN away!!!
Had AC issue on my Honda. Took it to David McDavid Honda for troubleshooting. Was told that my refrigerant was low. Paid over $200 to get it recharged, yet the issue persisted. Brought it to John at Pep Boys who informed me that the dealer shorted me on the refrigerant. He serviced it and now it works great. He didn’t even charge me for the work. Thanks John!
I won't be back here unless I have to warranty a tire that I have already purchased. I had an appointment for a tire patch. The sales person told me because I plugged the tire (to be able to drive there) we couldn't patch the tire, and i would need a whole new tire. First time I've ever heard that kind of nonsense. I don't appreciate a salesman lying to me today.
