Brakes Plus

I was told by my truck dealership (stealership) that I needed my brakes replaced. My rear pads were at 3mm and fronts at 4mm as per the written inspection report. They quoted me $900.00 for the parts and labor. I figured on my next oil change I'd have the work done so I got the written quote and left. I wasn't thrilled with the price they wanted, so I looked around and found Brakes Plus and scheduled an appointment. Upon inspecting my brakes, they informed me (and showed me) that my front pads were actually at 9mm & rear were 6mm. I was stunned as this dealer had always been honest about service, apparently they're not so honest. Thankfully the folks at Brakes Plus ARE honest and saved me from wasting hundreds dollars on service that wasn't needed. They've earned my business for the next brake job and any future repair work they offer. Thank you so much to the awesome crew at Euless, TX store.

Ashley is the bomb! She was so helpful and nice! I initially thought my car would need a new starter, only for it to need a new battery. The service was fast too! I will be back for all other auto needs and maintenance ☺️

Couldn’t be happier with this location. I made an appointment to get my oil changed and came in at my scheduled time. Upon arriving , I was greeted by the manager Ashley Morales who was very professional and attentive to my needs. She was very personal and knowledgeable and had an awesome personality for being the person to greet customers coming into her location. The service tech came out at the scheduled time for my oil change and pulled the car into the shop bay to start the service on time for my appointment. We all know , there’s many times when you schedule appointment’s and you arrive just to wait longer than you should. That was not the case here. Once the service was done , Ashley updated me on upcoming services that my vehicle will be needing and quoted me on things they would be able to provide. In short , Ashley and her team made a repeat customer out of me.
