Cruzin Auto

Got an Oil change back in January. Car has had problems since (shutting off, red oil light, Consist orange oil light, car not accelerating etc) took it to another place and they said all these things happening to my car were because Cruzin never tightened the cap so all my oil has been spilled out. Had to spend another $100 somewhere else to correct their mistake. Side note : purchased Groupon for service. Wonder if they don’t do as good of a job with coupon using customers

I called a head of time because due to the icy cold weather I wanted to make sure these guys were open before I drove 35 minutes on the ice. They told me yes they were open to come on in. 50 minutes later when I arrived they were closed!! Twice in one week this happened. Earlier in the week I came and was told I could get a wheel alignment and to come back n a hour. I came back an hour later and was told “oh the guy was gone for the day” was recommended on Groupon but I do not recommend at all!! Wasting time gas and money with this place!!!

These guyscwere as solid as they come. They were super busy but .anaged to get me in for acrrint end alignment in and out I about 2 hours. Told what still needed to be done with the front end to make it right. If their work holds up and lasts these guys might be the best shop in Dallas
