City Garage by Brakes Plus

I had my brakes replaced 4 weeks ago and they did not give a semi-accurate time estimate or I would have ubered home. My car started shaking right after they were replaced and I needed an inspection. When I called and asked if I needed an appointment they said they have plenty of time. I brought it in last week and they told me they should know something within 30 minutes. An hour later my car hadn’t even moved. I asked for an update and they instantly took it back. They said 30 minutes and I had to ask for an update AGAIN. I finally ubered home and they told me they would call me in 30 minutes. An hour later I called to ask for an update and they told me they didn’t find any issue other than a tire rod that they forgot to tell me about the first time and I would have to have Toyota fix it. 4 hours later I have a state inspection that typically takes 10 minutes. I was at your location recently and the manager Gave me excellent advice about what should do with my cars brakes...he did not try to oversell me ... Thats what I found most refreshing. Good job Mark I will certainly Be seeing you when I get my paycheck. Regards Roy

Came in without an appointment and got an alignment done on my pickup . They informed me of a tie rod that needed to be replaced as well. They were able to get me in and out same day. The service was great and the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend!
