Caliber Auto Care

I was disappointed that I couldn't get a lube with my oil change. My truck is a Dodge Ram 1994 with over 320,000 miles. I had a major tune up almost a year ago and they lubed all of my ball joints back then. They told me this time around they don't have a grease gun. For extra money I pay to have my oil change I expect to have all of the joints under the truck lubricant. As a major car repair place I would expect your company would have this service to take care of older vehicles. From now on I'll just have an oil change at a Walmart for almost half the price. I have been happy in the past for repairs done by your company. So this time I can only give 3 stars. Service: Oil change

Normally, auto shops make me nervous because my experiences have always been along the lines of they fix what you come in for but tweak something else so you have to come back. Basically tampering with your car to create more business! Not Caliber Auto Care. This is actually the very first auto shop in which I felt that they were actually transparent and helped me take care of my issue as painlessly as possible. I will take my vehicle here for whatever issues I may have from here on out, no questions asked.

I had brake rotors replaced there almost a year ago, warping occurred and Caliber replaced them very quickly and it was covered by warranty. The people there have always been cheerful, friendly and very helpful. :)
