Caliber Auto Care in Helotes was amazing! They took care of me so well, every person I encountered was so kind to me. Even an associate over the phone helped with a part for my vehicle. Otherwise, I would have had to wait a few more days for delivery. Thank you all for being an awesome experience!!

Whereas they were not able to fix my problem as I have a newer car that needs dealership attention, these guys really were Awesome! Every single one of them had amazing customer service skills! I felt so welcome and accommodated as much as they could. Cameron was the gentleman that helped me out and I know he went above and beyond to help me.. such a polite young man! I may not have been able to use their services this time but I know I’m the future that I will 100% come back to these guys to take care of me.
