I would avoid using Nathan. He does not have the proper tools to complete a job. He came twice. On day 1 he didn't have the proper tools to remove tensioner bolts and he also admitted to breaking a connector on the alternator which I paid for a replacement. Instead of using the replacement that I purchased he proceeded to rewire it and needed to borrow some electrical tape from me to do so. On day 2 he came back again without the correct tool to remove the tensioners yet he still tried to remove it and I knew something was wrong because he kept complaining to himself. He in fact ended up stripping both bolts which I later found out. He also broke something else because there was a metal piece left under the car. I decided to hire a more reputable mechanic company to come out and that's when it was informed of me that they had the proper tool that's required to remove the tensioners and they were stripped. I called Nathan to inquire about the business and some concerns I'm having with my vechicle. He gave me some recommendations on what I can do to fix the issue prior to his service. I did it said and it worked. I will definitely call him in the near future!! It's hard to find someone thats not trying to take advantage of you and your money.
