But, the coolant issue from the radiator repair remained constant. The test was $25. They found a leak at the thermostat housing. That should have been taken care of in September 2022. Our car problems started on Tuesday, we took our car to Ford grapevine to be looked at and to see if our warranty would cover the issues, immediately the service manager said they would have to look at the car and do a diagnostic before they called the warranty company, stating we had to pay 189$ for diagnostic. The car broke down and my finance took it to City Garage, immediately they treated him like family and like we mattered. Trisha immediately called the warranty to see what coverage would be before diagnosis was done. They helped my fiancé even though everything was in my name and didn’t cause unnecessary stress with getting me involved. I am pregnant and the car was stressing me out so the fact they let my fiancé handle everything and eliminated as much stress was such a plus. They immediately got to the issue and fixed the problem within 1-2 days and got our claim filed. We love City garage and we will

My AC went out in my vehicle and the dealership had a two week waiting period. I went to City Garage and they diagnosed my vehicle the same day and had my car returned to me the following day.
