I went to get my tires changed at this shop and ever since then my car has been feeling funny. I've had this car for years, and it's never felt this way before. I suspect that they changed out car parts while they were working on it. If this is how they operate, these people are truly despicable. I've heard news stories in the past about how mechanics used to do this, but this shop is actually doing these things today. Truly despicable and almost beyond belief.
Had a damaged tire and they were able to get a replacement with in a couple hours and I was able to get new one quickly
I bought 2 tires from them 2 months ago and when I was about to go on a road trip I brought my car back in to get them rotated and checked. They were rude checking me in, and then rotated my tires. I get in the road in the rain the next day and end up spinning off the road going 60 mph doing 8 spins and went into a ditch, nearly avoiding a light post. After the wreck I check my tires and they’re at the wear bar in the back. They didn’t mention it and almost killed me.
