Driver's Edge Complete Auto Repair

They were super fast and super affordable. I appreciate the efficiency they provided me for my car. Bit of advice - get there early to avoid any back-ups. I got there around 9am on a Saturday and it started to get pretty buy shortly thereafter. Services: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

Driver's Edge was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They replaced the shock/struts assembly on my pickup and did a good job. The reason I'm leaving a 2 star review is b/c they marked up the price on the parts 263%!!!! On my invoice, 1 shock/strut assembly is $496.99. I got under the truck and got the model number off the part: 33FD1111. That *exact* part is sold at O'Reilly auto parts for $188.99. I understand that auto repair shops are gonna have a markup on parts, but a 263% is ridiculously high. I spoke to the manager on the phone and he said that a 300% markup is the industry standard. A google search tells me that 50% or 100% is closer to being the standard. I will not be using Driver's Edge ever again b/c that is way too expensive.
