I tried to set up an appointment and they told me no you don't need to. "Just come on in I'll take care of you" I come in they say it's going to be 3 hours.... That's not taking care of anyone.. terrible service
Wheel alignment took less then 30 mins with wait time and all. Customer service was wonderful. The waiting room is really nice and clean with comfy chairs and clean customer bathroom.
Update on visit: Tire lasted less than 4 months with no discount on replacement. In person, they said the tires would last 2 years, but that was not the case. The customer services I had spoken to don't actually care about you, but how much money they can get out of you.
