Had my 2016 Dodge Dart brought in to have my motor mount replaced and they were quick, efficient and friendly! Would highly recommend 10/10 very honest hard working people, thank you!!
Mike is AMAZING. We have great appreciation for Mike and his team. He's been able to solve all our mechanical issues quickly and reasonably.
They got the job done. It took a week. They had done some things which were not price-approved. They charged the infamous environmental waste fee, which was never communicated. The owner/mechanic is gruff. He was able to identify the problem and over the course of the week the story « flip-flopped » over and over again. Would I go back there again? In that choosing a mechanic in Willis means selecting the least harmful option, yes I would. Beginning September 1, Mike is retiring, and has sold his business to folks who are going to put a mechanic in the shop with very low experience.
