Pep Boys

Honestly, we came with our fleet car and it seemed like they couldn't say no fast to us. Half a dozen excuses later and we ended up driving 20 minutes to another shop. Who fit us in and finished by end of day.

If I could give a 0 zero star, I would. We arrived for our scheduled 11 AM appointment at 10:47 AM for a alignment check on a year or 12,000 mile warranty. Was immediately told we would have to wait an hour and a half. We purchased 2 new rear tires from a competitor 01/21/2023 and car had odometer reading of 130,427 when we purchased them. When we initially had the alignment on 3/19/2023 with mileage on the pep Boys paperwork and odometer at 132,303. Today 9/1/2023 the odometer has 136,377. They said the back tires were worn and would not be able to do the alignment. My husband told Corey and the manager to align the front tires only and they stated the the machine could only do all 4 which is not true. Sounds like somebody was wanting us to buy 2 new tires. We showed him the paperwork/receipt for the tire purchase and they still refused saying they were not balanced right. Obviously this was not the case and wouldn't /shouldn't they have noticed it initially with a couple thousan

I had to get my car towed pretty late on a Friday evening. Ran into a few bumps and wasn't able to get a tire that night. Corey was very helpful when I became stressed and was unable to find a ride. He kindly set up a lyft through their services for me and my daughter. He was very patient while we waited inside after hours making sure we get in our ride safely. He was very informative and extremely helpful. The next morning even though things didn't go as planned, the crew worked with us to get us back on the road.
