Lamb's Tire & Automotive

I went to Lamb's Automotive this morning to have a tire repaired. I didn't have an appointment, but they worked -up a ticket and I waited in the lobby. It took just over an hour and I was out the door. They fixed the tire and adjusted the air pressure in all four tires. The shop was clean and I got prompt and friendly service. I'm glad to have found this place.

Not super impressed. I chose Lamb's because I could make an appt for a state inspection, but even with an appt it took 33 minutes. The inspection only took 5. Maybe not normal, but it felt very disorganized. Probably won't go back to this location for inspection or any other service.

From start to finish they gave excellent customer service and provided any and all information I needed and didn't even know to ask. I called to make sure they could fit me in considering it was Easter weekend and everywhere else I had just been had a five to six hour wait. Miss lala was very quick to tell me that she would fit me in if I could just drop my car off and they provided a ride home. As soon as they had a moment to look at my car she called me with a quote. A very detailed quote and we discussed my options. After giving her the green light it was just a few hours of maintenance before my car was ready and they sent a ride to get me back to my car. After getting in my car I was almost in disbelief. How much better it felt drove so smooth. Brakes felt great. My 2017 car felt brand new again and I am still in awe days later. I will be returning and I will encourage everyone to trust in lambs!
