Probably the best experience I have had getting my car repaired! They were very communicative with the time frame of when my car would be done and if that time changed. Also washed and detailed my car, which was AMAZING!!
Amazing customer service from start to finish. Grant Fitzgerald was my specific service manager. He was outstanding. Honest and went the extra mile to ensure I understood the process and got even better results than expected. Everyone working there (always at least 2 people) are quick to greet you and ensure you are checked in and helped. They came in under quote and did more than I expected to clean up an overspray. Worked well with my Insurance and I never had to get involved. I highly recommend Heritage Body and Frame and Grant Fitzgerald. Service: Body & Trim
