Eric and his team couldn’t economically repair my son’s 2007 Chevy Avalanche with a million miles on it …. But he helped us dispose of the vehicle and even gave me a free nut for my Lexus ! Guess where all my future repairs will be done? Great people go see them!!
Coming from Houston, my truck broke down in Austin about a mile from ER Automotive. Eric (the owner) actually tried to help us diagnose and fix the problem over the phone before we had it towed to his shop. Once there, he was able to get our part and get the truck fixed within an hour and a half. Overall, going from "I don't know how we're going to get home" to back on the road in a little over three hours was quite the pleasant experience as far as vehicle problems go. Highly recommend!
Very honest and prices reasonable. They don't pile on unnecessary jobs. Also asked them to check out my brakes, they said everything was great, while some other shops would have sold me a break job. Used ER several times with great results
