Updated: I’d taken my car in for an oil change and needed additional service ($1000+). A couple of weeks later, it was discovered that the oil change had not been performed (although I did ask to verify). I was initially offered a discount for the inconvenience but was later offered the entire oil change complimentary from their manager. Although I would be hesitant to return, I do appreciate that I was contacted by four members of their leadership team who listened to my concern (on a Saturday) and that this was the first incident of its kind in nearly 10 years as a Nissan customer. They also promised to investigate the cause to ensure the best service to myself and others in the future. Service: Oil change

Got an appointment same day(Wednesday). I got in immediately and a service tech was with me within a minute. Told him what I needed and he told me expectations and took my car. They have a nice waiting area but I had a ride home. They had my car finished within 2 hours. The place was clean and nice, and so were the people. They send you the inspection report with pictures of items that need to be fixed through text for approval which is nice and easy.

Walmart refused to service my car because of a small oil leak. Brought Nissan my car and it was taken care of no problem for a great price! Thank you!
