I brought my 2011 Audi S5 here for an aftermarket Brembo front and rear brake kit installation. Generally no one touches my car except for me and I'm hesitant to go to most shops. That being said, everything about my experience was wonderful from the first call to setup the appointment until the handshake when the work was done. Prithvi took my call immediately and assuaged me that my car would be in good hands as the shop has extensive experience with Audis in particular. After meeting Mitchell while dropping off the car, who was doing the work, I knew my car would be in good hands. They went the extra mile by texting me photos and updates on the progress of the car the whole time and even stayed late to wrap up the final brake bleeding process and test drive. Honesty goes a long way in auto repair!!! What a wonderful and easy experience - I had an electrical issue that two other mechanics wouldn't touch, but Mitchell said he'd take a look. Not only did he fix it, but he looked at a few other things I thought might be problematic, and he was incredibly honest about what was going on and why or why not an issue needed to be addressed.
