Rick was extremely helpful with his knowledge regarding rear end repair. They also found that the rear rotors and pads were close to needing repair. I bought a truck from CarMax that started having real bad transmission issues. I dropped it off at CarMax before going out of town for a couple of weeks. While I was out of town, CarMax informed me that they didn't have the necessary tools to replace the transmission. They recommended that I take it to Eagle Transmission. So I had it towed to Eagle Transmission and they had a new transmission installed in no time. The thing that took the longest was getting CarMax to approve the warranty claim. Rick and Brian were on top of things from beginning to end. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and now my truck is shifting better than ever. Keep in mind that I was out of town for all of this. If I ever need more work done on my truck, I’ll definitely be coming back here. I can’t recommend them enough! Service: Transmission
