Dave's Ultimate Automotive

I am a rather private person, and don't write public reviews. But Dave’s came through again for me on my recent service this week, and so I need to speak up! Both the Customer Service and Mechanics Teams are superb. My experience with them goes back to 2020. Michelle, Cody and Joe at the front desk, have been there as long as I can remember answering my naive questions. Mechanics isolate a problem’s root cause, keeping costs down. I have never had 2 very different cars be handled with the same great consistency at one place. Thank you, Dave's!

Dave's did some major work on the front end of my 2014 Volvo S60. The work was completed by the time they estimated. I wanted the old arms and shocks as possible material for a sculpture, which they kindly loaded in the trunk. There was a small problem of a wheel not completely balanced when they first returned the car which they investigated and fixed right away with no pushback. Considering the magnitude of what they did, I think the cost was very reasonable. I will certainly be going there next time I need my car worked on. Dave's did a great job checking my daughter's car for issues that should be addressed before she moves across the country for grad school. We have been using the shop in Cedar Park for years, and we consistently get thorough work and reasonable prices. Highly recommend them. Service: Electrical
