The associates horseplay and stand in groups chatting more than working. My car was untouched for 87 minutes with the hood open, I'm just getting an oil change.
I changed my car’s battery within 45 minutes ????????without appointment .
Had been going here for years for oil changes with no issues, then went recently & they said they couldn’t change my oil because the last time the drain plug was tightened too much or something, but they were the ones that changed it last! Just tried to reach them by phone to discuss before driving across town to try again & no answer for like 5 minutes. Giving up, just going to go somewhere else from now on.
