Discount Tire

I checked in at 8:15. No appt. I waited 70 minutes, complained 2 times. Finally, Jeremy Franco the Assistant Manager spoke w/ me, apologized, and while he could not take any time back. His acknowledgement and comfort was enough to calm me down. Jeremy definitely offered wipers at no cost and made sure in our convo i was okay. This store is very busy and workers can do better on communication. Thank you Jeremy.

I stressed to JOSE that I was in a rush with the possibility of losing my job and needed my spare put on. He instead insisted I buy four brand new tires, then tried selling me two and hardly took no for an answer. Feeling pressured, I only bought one tire when I only wanted my spare put on to save time. I was told my wait time would be around 30 minutes and was guaranteed less than an hour. Over an hour passed so I asked the front desk for an update. My car was FINISHED with the keys ready and no one took the time to tell me. I’m disgusted with the poor service I was given and almost lost my job due to how late I was. Zero care. Zero empathy. Zero communication. Only sleazy sales tactics. I will never return to this location and I advise others with limited time to do the same.

The only problem with this place is there very busy so if you can book an appointment on the app ahead of time it's helpful. I get all my tire stuff done here and the staff are all honest and either don't charge you anything or offer you the best price for service. They installed tires I brought in for next to nothing, they fixed a flat for free, and you can always stop by to get your tires refilled for free.
