Great new management! Thanks for working with me. With the lack of customer support from Discount Tire Firestone will be now and in the future my 7 day a week tire store.

The team at this location provided exceptional service! I needed all four of my tires changed ASAP, but the size and type had to be ordered. The Service Manager, Gina, and her team worked to have my tires delivered same-day so I could get back on the road safely to continue my work week. Got told there were two nails in my back tires and was asked if I wanted to replace them. When I told them no, they said 1 of the tires was patchable and I said no again. I took my car to Discount Tires on precinct line in hurst, and was told by them that the nails in my tires were not puncturing the tires, but were jammed in the tires just enough to stay in without puncturing. (Didn’t have to replace or pay for anything at discount tires.) When I called back at Firestone to explain to them this mess, Gina I believe the managers name was, ensured me I can trust them and that if I would have given them permission to replace the tires and they saw what discount tires saw, I would have been informed and would not have been forced to pay the $700 I was quoted, for the two tires. What concerns me is, I was told that one of the tires was “patchable”, from what I understand the technician inspected the tire and gave me a professional suggestion to patch the tire when it did not need it.
