Absolutely phenomenal service! We brought our car to Don's for hail damage repair after receiving a quote from another garage who had indicated that the repair would take 40+ days. Don's completed the job in two weeks, and even held onto our car for us while we were out of the country and were unable to pick it up. When we did pick up our car, they had cleaned the car's exterior AND interior, which we didn't expect at all. Also, they were (and continue to be, since it has yet to be delivered) understanding when our insurance was slow to send the payment check. Don's provided SUCH great care, and attention to detail, as well as wonderful customer service. I can't emphasize what a relief it is to find a great body shop in Austin after living here for over 6 years.
