I called and talked to Sam about my transmission needs if I do the Subaru swap. Not only did he answer my question. He then took the time to talk to me about my build. He give me some very useful tips and info. If I get in over my head on this build I know that there is help close. That's a relief as most any vintage VW owner will tell you. ????????
Sam is fair, honest and highly knowledgeable on VW’s of older vintage. He’s been super helpful with our 2000 cabrio. He is a straight-shooter. Also good with rwd Volvo’s and probably other pre 2000 imports.
Sam is a great VW mechanic and will go out of his way to help you out. If you have a vintage Volkswagen and need some help, I highly recommend hitting him up. He's usually pretty busy, however he's helped me diagnose and troubleshoot simply over the phone! Thanks Sam
