Import Specialty Service recently took great care of my 2004 Land Rover Discovery II. I took it in for an oil change and they advised on a few other items that should be addressed. They were fair on pricing, but one of the jobs I could do on my own, so I added on only one of the items that they recommended. They got the vehicle repaired quickly and returned it to me within a few days at a very fair price. So glad to have them so close! Services: Engine repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
My son just bought an 06 325i. Dropped it off for diagnostic. Professional staff! Doug was our guy. Very knowledgeable and nice shop. Got the report and quote for everything that need repair. Nice breakdown to chose what you want fixed and what to decline. Car clean and pulled around at door. Top notch place! I started taking my car to Import Specialty after a series of frustrating events at the dealership. At the time, I had a BMX X5. They took excellent care of my BMW and provided above and beyond customer service. Dealing with Import is a completely different experience than dealing with a dealership, and in all the right ways. I now have a Toyota 4Runner and will be continuing to use Import as my primary auto shop. I couldn't recommend them more.
