I was in a similar position to another reviewer, daughter recently moved to Nashville and needed some reassurance about the brakes on the car which were noisy. I was able to chat with them and arrange an inspection, which luckily found nothing untoward with the brakes. They were even kind enough to add air to the tires. My daughter dropped her vehicle off at their shop that night, and it was analyzed & fixed properly the next day, using high quality parts.
