I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my family's cars worked on. Robert is honest, dependable and affordable. Just yesterday, I overheard him on the phone with a supplier, telling him that he had to do better than the quoted price. Who else does that? On top of that, his labor fees are the best in the city. I am so happy I found this place, I will continue the care for both of our cars here. Even if I move out of Nashville, because finding a good, trustworthy, mechanic nowadays is hard to come by. My transmission fluid was dark when I checked it and I had mechanics saying I needed it changed and that there was something wrong if it was dark. The two places I took my car to before sounded like they were going to charge me an arm and a leg and create mythical problems to make money. Veterans Auto Services was awesome. I talked to the owner on the phone before hand and he asked questions about not only my car but my family and made me feel like a customer and not just another money ticket. I was able to bring my car in and drop it off, and within a half hour they called me back and said 'she's ready to go!'
