I took my truck to be serviced at Tire choice Oct 14th 2023 and I was told that I would be in the shop floor Oct 16th 2023 was called to give the approval to start working on my truck to replace shifter cable and change my oil I called Thursday October 19th to see if my truck had been repaired Mr. David told me not yet it probably be Friday Oct 20th I called back on October 20th and Mr. David told me his mechanic was out for the day so give him until Saturday to get my vehicle back to me Oct 21st the mechanic I was told wasn't coming in again on October 21st so I prepared myself for getting my vehicle back the week of Oct 23-27 I got a call from Mr. David around 10:45 am on Oct 21st and told me that my vehicle was ready when I got to the shop I was told that even though the mechanic was out he stopped by to grab some tools to work on his personal vehicle and Mr. David wouldn't let him leave until he fixed my truck I paid 409.00 for the service and got the truck back in my

I wanted an oil change and the two front tires that keep losing air pressure checked. The front desk clerk stated that synthetic oil was what his system recommended for my car and the starting price was $100. At first I refused this service, but while the mechanic was removing a nail and repairing the driver’s side front tire, I changed my mind and told the clerk to do the oil change. After replacing the driver’s side front tire, the mechanic did the oil change. I never saw him check the passenger side front tire as I had requested. I inquired about this but the front desk clerk assured me that the tire was okay, but if I had trouble bring it back. Well, two days later the air pressure in that tire has gone from 30 to 28. I’m going back for that tire to be checked, but if had been checked when I was there, I wouldn’t need to go back.
